Alright, so I got this new thing, a UV sterilizing vacuum. I’ve been thinking about getting one for a while, ’cause, you know, gotta keep things clean, especially these days. So, I finally decided to just go for it and see what this gadget can actually do.

First off, I unboxed it. Pretty standard stuff. The vacuum itself, a charging cable, and a little instruction booklet that I, of course, immediately set aside. I mean, who reads those, right?

Next, I charged the thing up. It took a couple of hours, and there’s this little light that turns green when it’s ready to go. While that was happening, I took a look around my place, figuring out where I wanted to test this thing out first.

• Bedroom – the mattress and pillows seemed like a good start.
• Living room – the couch and rugs where I spend a lot of time.
• Bathroom – you can never be too clean in there!

Once it was charged, I started with the mattress. I just moved the vacuum slowly over the surface, like you would with a regular vacuum, except this one’s got that UV light that’s supposed to kill all the nasties. It was kinda satisfying, even though I couldn’t really see anything happening. It just felt like I was doing something good, you know?

I did the pillows, the couch, and even the bathroom rug. It was pretty easy, just pushing it around. I will say, it’s a bit heavier than my regular vacuum, but nothing too crazy. I guess that’s the UV tech and the battery.

My Impressions

So, after using it for a bit, I gotta say I’m pretty happy with it. It’s hard to tell if it’s really sterilizing everything, but it definitely gives me peace of mind. Plus, it picks up dust and stuff just like a regular vacuum, so that’s a win-win.

I’ll probably keep using it regularly, especially on the bed and couch. I think it’s worth it, especially if you’re a bit of a clean freak like me. It’s not gonna replace my regular cleaning routine, but it’s a nice addition. And hey, it’s kinda cool to have a gadget that feels like it’s straight out of a sci-fi movie, right?
