Okay, so let’s talk about my little adventure with the etatron dosing pump.

I needed a way to, you know, accurately dose some chemicals for a project I was working on. So, I started digging around, looking at all sorts of dosing equipment. I mean, there’s a whole world of this stuff out there. Eventually, I stumbled upon this thing called the etatron dosing pump. Seemed pretty solid.

It has all the different models and their codes. They have some pumps with flow rates up to 80 liters per hour and can handle pressure up to 20 Bar. It can meet a variety of chemical requirements. That’s pretty powerful if you ask me. There’s this one, the eOne MF, which is a microprocessor dosing pump. I think it’s meant to be pretty versatile. Anyway, I picked one out that seemed like it would do the trick for my little project.

• It also has a double ball valve, which they say is good for pumping aggressive chemicals.
• Power supply is 100-250V, 50 something or other…

Then came the fun part – actually getting it and setting it up. Let me tell you, it wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be. I mean, it’s a pretty technical-looking piece of equipment, but once I started messing with it, it was okay. It’s designed for reliable and accurate dosing of chemicals, both in pressurized and unpressurized systems.

Putting It to the Test

Once I had it all hooked up, I ran a few tests. I wanted to make sure this thing was actually dosing as accurately as it claimed. So, I did a bunch of trials, measuring the output, and tweaking the settings. Took some time to adjust, but I got it pretty locked in. Now it is pumping chemicals with different versions, such as PP, PVDF, PVC.

Honestly, I’m pretty happy with how it’s turned out. This little etatron pump is doing its job, and it’s making my project a whole lot easier. And you know what? I learned a ton about dosing pumps in the process. It’s kind of cool when you dive into something new and it actually works out.
